Run a 5K and support clean water for all

Celebrate National Drinking Water Week with WaterOne and the city of Olathe with a Tower 2 Tower 5K run that will support Water for People, a non-profit that works to bring clean, safe drinking water to communities in other countries who need it most.

The 5K course for the April 30 run will begin at the WaterOne water tower in Lenexa, KS and end at the city of Olathe, KS water tower. The event includes individual and team registration, plus a Kid’s Fun Run.

Participants will start at WaterOne Administrative Office, 10747 Renner Blvd., Lenexa, KS. Individual registration is $30, team registration for three or more participants is $15, and kids 12 and under run for free.

Running packets will be available at 7 a.m. and the 5k begins at 8 a.m. All participants receive a free t-shirt, reusable water bottle and a participation or competition medal. The kids run will begin at 8:55 a.m. For more information and to register, visit www.tower2tower5k.org.
