Volunteer to help restore the natural environment at Blue Valley Park and enjoy kid activities and refreshments at Family & Nature Days on Saturday, May 12 and Saturday, May 19.
All tools will be provided for volunteers to remove invasive honeysuckle from the park. The event is open to families and will be held from 9 a.m. – Noon both Saturdays at Blue Valley Park, 2301 Topping Ave., Kansas City, MO.
The events are sponsored by Heartland Conservation Alliance, Renew the Blue, Healthy Rivers Partnership and Youth Volunteer Corps.
