Rain Garden Construction, Installation and Maintenance Workshop

First Friday with a Twist of Green: A Green Roof Walking Tour
Date: Jun 4
Event Details: This event will include an optional self-guided walking tour of some of the green roofs in downtown Kansas City, starting at 4:00 PM at 909 Walnut in Kansas City, giving attendees an opportunity to see this type of installation up close in several different forms. The event will conclude with an EEBN social on the green roof of Barkley at 5:30 PM in the Crossroads District including a talk with El Dorado, the architecture firm that designed Barkley’s green roof, and will end just in time for the start of the monthly Crossroads District First Friday art festival.

Honeybees - Part of the Big Bugs Exhibit at Powell Gardens

The City of Fountains Bicycle Tour
