This year’s event will focus on building a resilient local food system through advocacy, education, and collaboration.

The free event will be held on Saturday, February 17 from 9:30 am – 2 pm. It will feature a panel discussion, lunch potluck, expo-style sessions, a seed and supply swap, and more.

The event is being planned and hosted by Cultivate KC, in partnership with Groundwork NRG, Kansas City Black Urban Growers, Kansas City Community Gardens, Kansas State University’s Urban Food Systems Initiative, Miami County Conservation District, The Kansas City Food Hub, and community volunteers.
