Environmental organizations are inviting the public to join them at the Kansas State Capital to talk to legislators about clean water, energy, air, land, transportation and health on WEALTH Day, March 16.
Policy makers will meet with advocates under the capitol dome to discuss key environmental bills. The event includes a showcase of displays by environmental groups. It is hosted by the Climate and Energy Project, Kansas Rural Center, Kansas Interfaith Action, Kansas Natural Resources Council, Kansas City Kansas NAACP, Diesel Health Project and Grassland Heritage Foundation.
