Last year Habitat Kansas City ReStores generated more than $4.8 million in revenue directly impacting Habitat’s mission of building affordable homes. The organization also diverted more than 6.2-million pounds of material from landfills and contributed to the local economy by providing many well-paying jobs.

“Every ReStore purchase creates the opportunity for a better life,” said Pat Turner, Habitat for Humanity of Kansas City president and chief executive officer. “All sales help Habitat construct homes for affordable homeownership, provide critical repairs, revitalize neighborhoods and support financial literacy classes for community members.”

ReStore donations can be dropped off at any of the four Habitat ReStore locations. ReStore also offers free pick-up service for large, bulky items. Schedule a pickup at Habitat ReStore Kansas City.
