Scott Woodbury, manager of the Whitmire Wildflower Garden at Shaw Nature Reserve, will present Lower Maintenance Design and Plant Selection for Native Gardens at this Deep Roots workshop from 6:30 – 8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3 at the Anita B. Gorman Discovery Center, 4750 Troost Ave., Kansas City, MO. Tickets are $5. Advance registration is required at Deep Roots KC.

Woodbury will show how to design a native garden with top-performing native plants in small gardens under 150 square feet.
