Attract the native, eastern bluebird to your yard by building a bluebird house just in time for the spring nesting season this month.
The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) is offering two, free Build a Bluebird House workshops to help residents attract more bluebirds to the Kansas City area. The workshops are open to adults and children ages 10+ (accompanied by an adult) from 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 7 at the Anita B. Gorman Conservation Discovery Center, 4750 Troost Avenue, Kansas City, MO.
Registration is required at MDC.
