It’s time to start digging in the garden, and here’s where you can find the largest variety of native plant flowers, vines, shrubs, grasses and trees.

Missouri Prairie Foundation Native Plant
Saturday, April 16: 10: a.m. – 2 p.m.
Anita B. Gorman Conservation Discovery Center
4750 Troost Ave, Kansas City, MO

Six native plant vendors will sell native wildflowers, grasses, sedges, vines, shrubs and trees, including: Ozark Soul Native PlantsGaylena’s GardenMissouri Wildflowers NurseryForrest Keeling Nursery, City Roots Nursery and Allendan Seed Company. Customers can see plant lists in advance and also pre-order plants for pickup at the sale by contacting the nurseries directly.

Deep Roots Native Plant Sale
Saturday, April 23: 10: a.m. – 2 p.m.
Prairie Village Pool Parking Lot
7711 Delmar St., Prairie Village, KS

Nurseries that will be selling at the sale and accepting pre-orders include: City Roots Nursery, Missouri Wildflowers Nursery and Parson’s Gardens.

Shawnee Indian Mission Native Plant Sale
Saturday, April 30: 10: a.m. – 2 p.m.
3403 W. 53rd St., Fairway, KS

Missouri Wildflowers Nursery will be selling native plants for pre-order and onsite.
