Introduce the kids to the world of bugs in our streams, the fish that eat them, the importance of water quality and how to fly fish at Lakeside Nature Center.

Little Blue River Watershed Coalition and Heart of America Fly Fishers will teach the Kids, Water, Bugs & Fish class from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, July 20. Children will learn all about the bugs in our streams, the fish that eat them and what they can tell us about the quality of the water.  Learn from the Heart of America Fly Fishers as they tie on bugs and show kids how to cast a fly to catch fish.  Participants can build a craft and get a temporary tattoo.
