Healthy soil is the foundation for a good garden but how can you improve your soil to reach that goal?Hosted by Kansas City Community Gardens, this free workshop will go over garden soils, compost, and fertilizer.

Learn the basics of building your soil and how to properly use compost and fertilizers.

It will be held Friday, March 31 from 12 – 1 p.m. at Kansas City Community Gardens Swope Park headquarters, 6917 Kensington Ave., Kansas City, MO.
