Discover the benefits of sustainability and get tips on greener living at home and work at the KC Green Fair.

The city of Kansas City, MO will host the fair from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Thursday, September 19 at Ilus Davis Park, 11th and Oak Streets, Kansas City, MO. Vendors will exhibit solar, energy efficiency, electronic recycling, water efficiency, community gardens, bikes, glass recycling, food and garden composting and other services.

Exhibitors include Bridging the Gap, Missouri Organic Recycling, Ripple Glass, Midwest Recycling Center, KC Compost Collective, Kansas City Community Gardens, Greenworks, Evergy (KCP&L), Mid-America Regional Council, KCMO Water Bar, KCMO Neighborhood and Housing Services, Spire, Metropolitan Energy Center, BikeWalkKC, KCMO Public Works Fleet Division and the KCMO Health Department.

Participants can enter to win prizes and enjoy lunch at several food trucks, including Betty Rae’s, Da Poke wagon, Mattie’s Vegan Eats and Cheesy Street.
