Little Acorns Reading Program

The Little Acorns reading program is for children ages 3 to 6. Hosted by the Missouri Department of Conservation, staff and volunteers will read books about nature and wildlife that are appropriate for introducing young children to the natural world.

This free event will be held on Saturday, February 4 at the Anita B. Gorman Conservation Discovery Center, 4750 Troost Ave., Kansas City, MO. Two event times are available: 10 – 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Visitors can also enjoy the nature center exhibits and the outdoor garden.
