Program Coordinator – Grant Professional

Program Coordinator – Grant Professional is responsible for having a technical understanding of project planning and deployment for energy conserving technologies and methods; organizing and coordinating project activities; tracking and reporting progress for various grant activities; preparing reports to grantor agencies; and implementing and monitoring program activities and expenditures.

The position acts as coordinator for project-based activities, which may include development of an EV charging station deployment program in under-served markets, or other exciting challenges.

The position requires the ability to work with contractors and consultants, community organizations, MEC staff and others to ensure the programs are meeting the needs of the community and the expectations of grantor agencies.

Duration and Category
We will hire an entry-level coordinator or senior coordinator, depending on experience.

  • Program Coordinator: Regular Full-time; Nonexempt
  • Senior Program Coordinator: Regular Full-time; Exempt

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job may have occasional supervisory responsibilities over program interns.
