Last year, Plug In America launched the PlugStar EV Shopping Assistant to help consumers learn more about driving electric, find the best EV for their needs and connect with a local dealer in their area.
In the Kansas City area, Evergy (formerly KCP&L) is offering a $3,500 discount off a 2019 Nissan Leaf and a $1,000 discount off a 2019 Chevy Bolt.
There are five Electric Drive Week events in the Kansas City/Lawrence area during the week of September 14-22.
