Work alongside urban farmers at one of Cultivate Kansas City’s Work the Farm days.
This year, Cultivate KC is offering volunteer opportunities at all three farm sites – the Gibbs Road Farm every 2nd and 4th Saturday, the Juniper Gardens Training Farm every 1st Saturday and the Food Forest every 3rd Sunday.
Volunteers should wear weather appropriate clothing, closed toe shoes that can get dirty, and bring a water bottle. Gloves and tools will be provided.
