Recycle your broken holiday lights

When it’s time to take down the holiday lights, help keep thousands of pounds of wire, plastic and light bulbs out of the landfill by recycling any that are broken.

For those outside the region, Holiday LEDs recycles lights shipped to its headquarters at Holiday LEDs Recycling, 2300 S. 170th St., New Berlin, WI, 53151. Participants can receive a 15-percent discount on a purchase of energy-efficient LED holiday lights.
