U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has unveiled the Safer Choice Label to help people find cleaning and other products that are safer for families and the environment The label will be in stores beginning this spring and summer.
The Safer Choice label helps consumers identify products with safer chemical ingredients, without sacrificing quality or performance. A product with the Safer Choice label means that every ingredient in the product has been evaluated by EPA scientists against its health and safety standards.
