Heartland Nature Celebration

Join the Heartland Conservation Alliance for the Heartland Nature Celebration.

The event within the broader City Nature Challenge, an international challenge to encourage folks all over the world to get outdoors and familiar with the ecosystems that surround them.

Want to become a citizen scientist? At the Heartland Nature Celebration, you will collect your own plant data and identify different plants species using the iNaturalist application. No experience needed.

There will also be booth partners, giving folks the opportunity to learn about organizations involved in conservation throughout the Kansas City area.
