EPA Green Internships can lead to jobs

Are you interested in working for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)?

Recent college graduates can get environmental work experience through a one-year EPA Green Interns Program that makes them eligible for full-time EPA positions nationwide. Through the program, interns receive mentoring, formal interactive training and a career development plan. After completing the program, interns are eligible for permanent federal employees at EPA headquarters in Washington, D.C. or at one of many regional offices.

Potential candidates must have earned associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, professional, doctorate, vocational or technical degrees or certificates from qualifying institutions and programs within the previous two years. Veterans are eligible to apply up to six years after completing their degree or certificate. Interns will receive federal benefits.
