How can intergenerational connections help us navigate our struggle and anxiety around climate change?

Join CoGenerate, Climate Mental Health Network, and Third Act for an interactive workshop about how intergenerational engagement, from Generation Alpha to the Silent Generation, can help you navigate your anxiety around climate change.

You will hear from a panel of speakers and participate in activities designed to help you connect with people across ages in your own life.

Speakers include:
• Bill McKibben, Founder of Third Act
• Sami Aaron, Founder of The Resilient Activist
• Heidi Pan, Environmental Activist
• Abhay Singh Sachal, Founder and Executive Director of Break The Divide
• Harriet Shugarman, Founder of ClimateMama
• Lani Ritter Hall, Volunteer with Third Act

The event with be introduced by Climate Mental Health Network founder Sarah Newman and moderated by CoGenerate Digital Communications Specialist Duncan Magidson.

Participants will leave the workshop armed with new resources and tools to build meaningful intergenerational connections for emotional wellbeing and sustained climate activism.
