Recycle personal care product waste

Did you know you can recycle razors, deodorant containers, toothpaste tubes and waste from other personal care products? The Resilient Activist is sponsoring several recycling drop-off sites through October 31

Personal care product waste will be collected at these sites and shipped to TerraCycle for recycling:

  • Johnson County Community College, 12345 College Blvd., Overland Park, KS (Gym, Sci 201, RC and OCB-CoLab locations)
  • Dr. Ellen Sheridan, DDS office, 104 Archibald St., Kansas City, MO
  • C Dental Works, 12705 W. 87th Pkwy., Lenexa, KS
  • Lawrence Dental Studio, 5100 Bob Billings Pkwy., Suite 110, Lawrence, KS

Accepted waste includes all brands of mouthwash bottles and caps, toothpaste tubes and brushes, floss containers, soap packaging, deodorant containers and caps, disposable razors, replacement blade cartridges and flexible and rigid razor plastic bag packaging.
