Each year, Kelley Blue Book (KBB) ranks vehicles and helps consumers determine pricing for used vehicles.
“With each new model year there are more ‘green car’ choices than ever before,” said Jack R. Nerad, executive editorial director and executive market analyst for Kelley Blue Book. Consumers can now choose from a variety of vehicles that have a reduced environmental impact, reduced fuel costs and affordable pricing.
The KBB rankings include the 2017 top 10 hybrid vehicles under $40,000, the top 5 electric cars under $40,000 and the top 5 plug-in hybrid cars under $40,000. For more information, visit KBB.
